Since 1989 multiple mobility surveys have been conducted in the city of Nuremberg. We would like to build on these results with the current survey. Over the past 40 years, a total of approximately 600 mobility surveys have been successfully carried out across cities using the tried-and-tested KONTIV method (Continuous survey for mobility behaviour) . As part of these surveys, residents are questioned about their mobility behaviour on all days of the year

What is the Goal of the survey?
The investigation provides basic information about the daily traffic patterns in your local area - which modes of transport the citizens use; to which destination, at what time, and their purpose for joining traffic.
The outcome of the investigation will provide an accurate picture of the current traffic conditions for all population groups - an information that is absolutely vital for the future-oriented development of traffic planning in all areas.
